Darco is via de merrie Tylana uit de Holsteiner stam 2544 gekoppeld aan Caretino, Carolus I, Cor de la By?re en Landgraf I. De Landgraf I-merrie Tronja bracht maar liefst vier goedgekeurde hengsten: Silbergraf (v. Silvester), Lawrence (v. Lantaan), Castillion (v. Caretino) en Caretissimo (v. Caretino). Daarnaast is ze moeder van het Grand Prix-dressuurpaard Lantaro (v. Lantaan) van de Zwitserse Sabine R?ben. Nauw verwant is ook het 1.40 m springpaard Carouselle (v. Carolus I).
