De kwaliteitsvolle Diamant de Semilly-zoon Vannan springt met Alberto Zorzi als achtjarige reeds succesvol op internationaal 1.45m-niveau. Ook voor de fokkerij zijn de verwachtingen rondom dit toptalent hooggespannen en we zien hem hier samengebracht met de vooraanstaande Malve-stam, prestatiefamilie 1525. Moeder Ramira-Alve bracht al meerdere 1.30m-springpaarden waaronder een derde bezichtigingshengst. Ook is ze grootmoeder van het internationale 1.30m-paard Daylight (v.Berlin) van Andrey Senin. De moederlijn gaat rechtstreeks terug op de H.Almé Z-dochter Walve, die ook aan de basis staat van bekende Grand Prix-springpaarden als Utascha SFN (v.Lux), Coltaire Z (v.Carthago) en de Olympische springpaarden Tripple X III (v.Namelus R) en Don Porfirio (v.Indoctro).
